How much notice do I have to give to book a course?
Our most popular courses get filled up quite quickly so we suggest you telephone to check availability of your chosen course date. You can always make a provisional booking over the phone then send us your completed application form and booking fee once you have cleared things with your unit and resettlement adviser.

Can I secure my place on a course and pay a deposit before stating the claim process?
If you are looking to use your resettlement funds only, then yes. However, this in non-refundable so we recommend that you confirm your funds first. If you are looking to use your ELC’s then no. We can only take the deposit once we have received your Claim Authorization Not (CAN) from Elcas. However, we can verbally reserve a place for you.

Do I need any previous experience or qualifications to join any course?
NO, CNet we give you the knowledge, practical skills and the qualifications to start your career in the data communications, security and BSkyB industries.

Do I need to do any pre-course preparation?
Frankly no. Our comprehensive course notes (which you keep when you leave) will give more than enough information to enable you to get to grips with the subject and prepare you for what you will find in your specialised area.

Can I use my ELC’s and IRTC towards the same related training?
Yes! You are able to us you ELC’s and IRTC toward the same related training as long as the company is registered with Elcas and the course is a level 3 or above.
